Calon korban diimi-imingi untuk bisa menjadi salah satu talent dalam produksi sinetron, iklan, ataupun filim dengan syarat membayar sejumlah uang ke pelaku. Jumlah uang yang dibayarkan bervariasi, mulai dari 150 ribu sampai jutaan rupiah.

Marketing Risk Management
The jobholder will be responsible to identify potential payroll clients and acquire payroll business by following up leads, conducting joint visits and presentation to corporate, institutional and commercial clients; as well as to support VP Mid Market in preparing proposals to potential payroll clients, creating customized product offerings and achieve the sales target given both in company acquired and the individual accounts opened.

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university (oversea graduate is preferable)
* Has minimum 1 years experience (including 1 year managerial experience) in corporate sales preferably in the sales & marketing industry
* Possess strong leadership and result orientation
* Energetic and eager to learn attitude
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed / Demonstrate high degree of integrity

WASPADA! Penipuan PT Mitra Utama Global.. (liputan khusus-Update)

Sebelumnya ane rate dlu gan..

Ane tahu bgt perusahaan ini, dan ane baru saja di tipu perusahaan ini gan,,
Ane juga sama kyk ente baru lulus kuliah dan fresh graduate..ane tgl di daerah bintaro gan, tanggerang selatan. Panggil aja ane Aldi.
Pada saat itu hari sabtu tgl 19 februari 2011, ane lg browsing lamaran di google gan,,ckup lama ane browsing trus nemu website namanya "klikkarir.com"
di web tersebut berisikan list lowongan pekerjaan gan dari berbagai perusahaan di indonesia, kemudian stelah ane meng-klik link2 perusahaan tersebut ada sebuah perusahaan yg menggiurkan, di dlm link perusahaan tersebut bhkan di pampang salary nya (gaji/bulan). saat itu ane bner2 tergiur gan, kebetulan syarat pendidikannya fresh graduate, kemudian yg lebih buat ane percaya adalah perusahaan ini memiliki cabang byk bner gan trus udh berdiri ckup lama. tetapi di web tersebut nama perusahaannya agak sedikit berbeda, "PT.Mitratama tbk" kemudian ane googling kok ga nemu2 info tentang perusahaan tsb??? mungkin dia salah ketik nama perusahaanya. mungkin klo ane search dgn nama "PT. MITRA UTAMA" pasti ane dpt info gan sblum dtg untuk interview. tp smua udh terlambat...

Saat itu ane msh yakin gan klo itu perusahaan bner, kmudian pas malemnya msh di hari sabtu juga (19/02/2011) ane langsung krim CV ane via email, kmudian paginya di hari minggu (20/02/2011) ane mendapat konfirmasi via sms dari manajer sdm nya, klo ga salah namanya Calysta (083898053066)
dan itu no yg sms ane gan. format sms sama persis kyk yg agan terima juga. ane diminta dteng u/ interview di gedung kenari baru Lt.4 ruang 424 pada hari senin 21 feb 2011. dan kemarin pagi2 ane dtg ksana u/ interview dianter sama bokap ane. pas udh smpe sana ane msuk sndiri ksana gan, smntara bokap ane cma drop ane dsana, dia krumah temennya di daerah sana juga. selama proses interview ane sdikit ngrasa janggal gan, katanya mereka bergerak dbidang supplier, tp kok ane tanya detail tentang supplier mreka hanya jwb secara umum gan, katanya mreka supplier elektronik, tp pas ane tanya elektroniknya apa aja, eh jwbnya smua elektronik. trus biasanya perusahaan supplier juga nyediain sample produk2nya, katakanlah sebagai display. tp ini ane ga liat satupun smple produk mreka gan. yg ane liat hanyalah meja interview,staff hrd. ya seperti itulah.. tapi pada saat itu ane msh positif thinking aja gan, krna ane sbg fresh graduate punya harapan besar u/ bsa dtrima kerja. kemudian pas interview juga mreka menjelaskan prosedur2 perusahaan mreka, termasuk diadakannya training u/ calon staff baru dan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp. 507.000. setelah itu baru kita bsa bertemu manajer u/ menyetujui kontrak kerja dgn mreka. Saat itu ane ckup heran gan, mau kerja tp kok harus byar. tp dsitu ane merasa seperti terhipnotis, dan ane msh berpikiran positif, krna ane mkir mungkin ini prosedur mreka, krna mreka tdk mengadakan tes tertulis,tes ksehatan dsb.. krna uang di dompet ane saat itu cma 200rb, trus ane dp dlu 100rb. parahnya ane ksh DP kgedean gan..kmudian kata mreka untuk bertemu manajer sdm dan menyetujui kontrak kerja, harus melunasi uang administrasi tersebut, kmudian ane keluar dari gedung tsb gan, ane nelp bokap ane kmudian dia jemput ane, ane ngomong pnjang lebar sama bokap ane, kata bokap ane "apa kamu yakin dgn perusahaan itu?? kok org mw cri duit malah dimintain duit??"
trus ane jwb emang gtu prosedurnya papa.. (pdhal bokap ane udh ngsh tanda2 gan biar ane ga yakin gtu aja) tp ane tetep bersikeras, krna ya itu td ane punya harapan untuk bekerja. dan lgi ane fresh graduate jd blum terlalu pham oleh prosedur2 perusahaan. setelah ane yakin ane kmudian mnta uang 400rb sama bokap ane gan, trus bokap ane ngasih tp dgn wjah yg ga yakin..ane jd ga tega liatnya gan, tp ane mkir pada saat itu, klo nanti ane diterima kerja ane akan ganti uang bokap ane yg 400rb itu. kemudian ane balik lg ke gedung kenari gan, bwt nyelesain administrasinya. setelah itu ane tanda tgn perjanjian kontrak dan akan ditempatkan di cabang blok m, krna itu tempat tdekat dari domisili ane. dan hari rabu bsk tgl 23 februari 2011 ane dminta dtg bwt training kmudian setelah itu akan di tempatkan langsung sbg HRD staff. tp setelah ane melihat thread agan ini dan berbagai bukti yg ckup kuat dari agan ane langsung down gan..

Ternyata kejanggalan yg pnah ane rasain itu bner2 terjadi, dan tanda2 di wjah bokap ane yg ragu itu gan trus thread agan ini udh menjawab smuanya..

Ya Allah ane udh ditipu gan..pdhal ane udh berharap dan mengira itu adalah perusahaan yg normal, yg mncari keuntungan yg wjar, tetapi mlah sebaliknya penghasilan kita di dpt dari hasil menipu org..astagfirullah..

ane udh ngecewain bokap ane gan...krna ane gmpang prcaya gtu aja sama perusahaan itu, dan lebihnya lagi ane minta uang sama bokap ane untuk bayar kekurangan DP ane..ane ngrasa jd anak ga berguna gan, skrng ane bingung gmana cara balikin uang bokap ane..

dan skrng ane hrus gmana?? ane udh kontrak dgn mereka, tp ane ga mau lanjutin lg gan.. ane bner2 bingung. tp ane udh ikhlas dgn uang itu gan, ane cma ga ikhlas krna ane udh ngecewain bokap ane.. ane berharap solusi dari agan untuk msalah ane ini, krna ane udh kjebak di dlmnya.
